jeetbuzzi Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jeetbuzzi platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player").

jeetbuzzi is an online entertainment and betting platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers sports betting, casino games, live gaming, and a range of other entertainment services.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

Each individual may register only one account. If one person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false information is a serious breach of this agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Verification Process

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, jeetbuzzi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password strong and unique — use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately.
• Always log out after each session.

jeetbuzzi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetbuzzi currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We regularly add new payment options.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (via any method).
• Deposits must be made only from your own payment account.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Avoid gambling with money from credit cards or loans.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jeetbuzzi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in other currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeetbuzzi offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; unused bonuses are cancelled once expired.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to exploit the bonus system, the account will be cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own special terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
• jeetbuzzi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

jeetbuzzi's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Through regular and active gaming, you can advance to higher tiers. The benefits and cashback for each tier are calculated on a regular basis.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jeetbuzzi platform has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read the detailed rules of a game before you start playing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or server issue, the result of that round may be considered void and the bet will be returned. jeetbuzzi is not responsible for unexpected winnings arising from technical errors.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Attempting to hack or alter gaming software.
• Using bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

Additional rules apply to sports betting. A specific policy will be followed for placed bets in the event of a match cancellation or rescheduling. Once accepted, live bets cannot be changed.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by User

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.

• Registration using false information.

12. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between jeetbuzzi and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through direct discussion.

12.2 Resolution Process

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the matter will be escalated to jeetbuzzi's senior management. In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's logs and records will be considered conclusive evidence.

12.3 Time Limit

Any complaint related to an incident must be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurring. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

13. Changes to Terms
